Ultimately, he is only the waste disposal operative. It’s the top men who deserve the severe condemnation. They will probably get away with it unless an imaginative way can be found to bring them to book – see tax evasion which brought down big Al (not Gore this time!).

Messico doesn’t have the death penalty because they’re more civilized than the United States. (Try typing THAT with a straight face.)
