Terrorists Unleash Major Attack In India

By Wyatt Earp | November 26, 2008

So, does anyone still think we can negotiate with these animals?

Several people have been killed in a series of coordinated attacks targeting sites popular with tourists and business people, according to police and CNN’s sister network in India. Ongoing battles between police and gunmen were reported at two five-star hotels by CNN-IBN.

Gunmen armed with automatic weapons and grenades attacked targets including the hotels, a cafe, and a train station, police say.

Police confirmed two deaths but IBN said at least 18 people were killed in the coordinated strikes, according to IBN. The attacks included five shootouts and two grenade attacks, said a police officer who answered Mumbai’s police control room line.

IBN reported an ongoing battle at the five-star Oberoi Hotel where gunmen have reportedly taken hostages after searching out people with U.S. or British passports.

At a second top hotel, the Taj, IBN reported more gunfire and chaos as a grenade exploded. (H/TCNN)

I realize that it is obvious to most of my regular readers, but I’ll say it again: The only way to deal with these animals is by using brute force. They will not surrender, they will not quit, and they will not stop until we are all dead. That’s it. End of story.

But, by all means, let’s close Gitmo and release those poor souls who had their rights violated by the fascist American government.

The Obamanation thinks we can talk to and reason with these thugs.

Just plain awful and sad. Mumbai has been targeted frequently, too.

Yeah…we don’t need to fear them, though, because they are rational and will realize we are good people.

I think US Spec Ops and British Spec Ops should go pound some hammers through their heads, but that’s just me.

And Bush and Co. have done such a good job fighting terrorism around the globe the past 8 years, right?

Well we haven’t had any attacks here in the US since 9/11. I think the terrorists realize that Bush is not one to play with them.

Prayers for the people in Mumbai. Where I work, we have a lot of Indian students and they are nice as can be. They are hardworking and smart and I like them a lot.

Damn terrorists – they belong in the 9th circle of Dante’s inferno.

“Scotty” had it right 3 decades ago (or 25 decades in the future) in “a Taste of Armagedon” the best diplomat I know is a fully charged phaser bank” he was (will be?) exactly right; lacking phaser banks arming every free (non-felon) citizen that wants to be armed, is the best defense against this kind of enemy aka The 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution.

    Two point Ky:

    1. That’s why I said “around the globe”
    2. Do you really think Bush has anything to do with the lack of attacks in the U.S.?

By that reasoning, you could say that Clinton did a decent job of stopping terrorism in the U.S. Bwahahahaha!

Wait, I thought the world would respect us now that we have a black president elect, and that we would be completely safe from terrorism?

I saw a clip of this on the news and on the scroll along the bottom, there was a quote from the White House stating that the US “strongly condemns” the attacks. I read that and thought “strongly condemns?” What are they going to do? Put them in time out? Send them to bed without dinner?

“Oh, No! The US don’t like what we just did! We better kiss boo-boos and say sorry before we get put in the corner.”

Ok, so my snark level is high this morning. I blame cramped hotel room and lack of coffee.

No, you couldn’t. He and his Socialist Communist friends in Congress let his hand-picked moron, Jamie Gorelick, create the “wall of separation” between the CIA and the FBI that resulted in the non-sharing of intelligence information, which led directly to the attacks of 9-11-2001.

    Laugh that off.
