But, I guess it can always be worse. I could be a cop in Canada . . .

A good laugh always makes my day, and that was extremely funny. Although, I’m sure, we will be dealing with that white crap soon enough.
By Thursday estimated high of 31, low of 16, brrrrrrr.
Begs Mother Nature to turn the heat back on.
That is so funny. I feel your pain and I know what you mean about it getting colder. Tonight its 75 and it will only make 83 tomorrow.
Good one, and something tells me we’re gonna see a LOT of those days this winter… Snow predicted for DC tomorrow… dammit…
About the same here in northern Indiana (state, not city). We just had the first real serious snowfall of the year today.
We always get a lot of snow, an average of 120″ a year. In bad snow I just let the SOB run his vehicle into a tree. Loved it when we finally got squad cars with ABS.
The only way that could have been funnier is if the perps asked the cops for a push. lolol
We generally don’t get a lot of snow in Kentucky, but I have a feeling we might this year. Will it shut up the Global Warming crowd? Hah!
I should send it to my ex and ask him if they ever caught the guys. *snicker*
E.L. – I heard snow flurries tonight, and it’s been pretty darned cold this week.
Momster – You stink.
Old NFO – I don’t mind the snow, but the fact that I have to get to work – no matter how much snow falls – kind of stinks.
Morgan – It’s going to be a long winter.
Sig94 – My partner and I loved to do dounts in the parking lots on our overnight shift. Gotta have fun, right?
DL474 – Now, that would be hilarious!
Ky person – No, they’ll “explain” it away somehow.
Dorkelina – Heh. Nice!
I’m probably being a stick in the mud, but that “car chase” is taken from a commercial selling winter tires.
Sorry to burst your bubble.
Okay, I’m not sorry.
It was such a pain to grab a car that wasn’t used for a few days in the winter and have to scrape 16″ of snow and ice off it. We’d just blast a small clear patch in the front windshield and drive it into the wash bay to de-ice it with cold water. And then of course the tank would be empty.
Now in good weather with the hundreds and hundreds of stinking crows around downtown ya gotta de-crap anything parked near a tree or under a power line. I hated dirty police cars. I’m retired now and working for the DA. We got a guy in our office who used to work for the Philly DA about six years ago. He sez that NY CPL sucks major big time compared to PA. I agree.
Mox – I didn’t actually think it was a real car chase. We’re subservient to our new overlord, but we’re not idiots.
Sig94 – I used to take my car to the self wash every night and do it myself. The cheap place the city used sucked, and I was anal about a clean car. It was my home for 8 hours, so why not spruce it up?
