Martin County is located on the Atlantic Coast of Florida. The Atlantic Coast is our really screwed up coast, because it is an area settled mostly by retirees out of places like New York, Massachusetts, and worse of all Philly. Florida’s Atlantic Coast is also an area heavy with Latino gang violence, so one wonders about the priorities here.

A 12 yr old?? Disrupting a School Function sounds like a PITA misdemeanor grab but the cops should have known that this would be better off handled administratively.

877.13 Educational institutions or school boards; penalty for disruption.–

(1) It is unlawful for any person:

(a) Knowingly to disrupt or interfere with the lawful administration or functions of any educational institution, school board, or activity on school board property in this state.

[...] Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree

Don’t think we’ve caught up with California quiet yet,but getting close. If we can get Gov Charlie to talk more like Ah-nold,and Alcee Hastings to dress in drag,he already thinks like Pelosi,we will start closing in on them.They already tossed our State song(offensive to minoritys),waiten for them to replace the Mockingbird,with the Red-wing Blackbird,take the bars off the State flag,probably have a image of an Airstream on that,to pay homage to the almighty God of tourism. Make of it, what you will,Martin Co.,was one of the very few east coast counties to go red?

What happens if it isn’t on purpose then it’s ok? As for shutting off a couple of computers, dang can you imagine having to turn those back on? You might break a nail or something. Wonder what would happen if you got caught passing a note?
