Either way I don't think Smith would have gotten the win whether he dove below the line to save Stewart's car. or let him come down and send him for another trip through the grass. If he had spun out Stewart I think it would have been "Wreckless driving" and he would have been put in the same place. He was CLEARLY forced below the line.
