Squirrels In My Pants!

One of the best things about vacation is spending quality time with the kids. And in the case of my kids, it is extra special, because we have the same interests. (That’s primarily because I am so immature.) Any hoo, Kyle, Erik, and I usually watch SpongeBob SquarePants and similar shows when we’re not out playing hockey or soccer, but last week they introduced me to a new show on The Disney Channel: Phineas and Ferb.
And damn if it’s not one of the funniest children’s shows on television today.
This is a clip from the show we were viewing. I watched and re-watched this clip about a dozen times since, and it still makes me laugh out loud. I guarantee you will, too.

That was hilarious! “Can I get a government grant?” That line alone was worth it.
Note to self: Next time you see Wyatt, shove nuts into his pants for the squirrels. Umm…wait. Doesn’t he? Never mind.

RT – The entire episode was almost as funny as that scene. The little girl was tormenting the S.I.M.P. gal from start to finish. Hysterical!

When I saw that title I immediately thought, “Has Wyatt been watching Fineas and Pherb?” Yes, Yes, you have! That song cracks me up. My boys love that show (and I secretly think it is hysterical too!)

Deanna – It’s great for kids, but great for adults, too. Lots of funny stuff there.

Awesome. I am not fond of about 90% of what the Disney Channel puts out these days, but that… that brought tears to my eyes.

When I saw the title I had the same thought Deanna did: Has he been watching our family’s favorite show??
Since the first episode, our son (7) has been a HUGE fan of this show. I watched the first episode with him and honestly, I wasn’t that impressed. By the third episode I had to admit to him that I’d become a huge fan too lol.
My favorite song before the Squirrels in My Pants song was from the episode where they want to be a one hit wonder LMAO: Itchy Gitchy Goo Means I Love You. Nothing tops (so far anyway) the Squirrels In My Pants song though…
