Mubarak Questions Egypt’s Olympic Failure
By Wyatt Earp | August 26, 2008

I swear, we should hold the Olympics every year. It apparently brings out the crazies.
CAIRO – Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Monday demanded to know why his country’s athletes failed to win more than a single bronze medal at the Olympics in China, the official MENA agency reported.
Wow, and you thought people were mad that Alicia Sacramone got screwed over?
The 80-year-old ruler “ordered the formation of a fact-finding committee to assess the bad performance of the Egyptian mission to the Beijing Olympic Games that wrapped up on Sunday,” MENA reported.
I’ll save you some time: your athletes sucked ass. Any other questions?
“The committee will be in charge of determining who is responsible for the Egyptian mission’s bad performance and calling them into account. (H/T – AFP)
Dude, it’s only a bunch of stupid games. Who cares? Maybe this utter FAIL will force Egypt into a Chinese model, where the athletes and/or their families are killed if they don’t bring home the gold. I have to admit that I look forward to seeing that policy!

So….I wonder which body parts he’ll be missing.
Sigh… it’s ONLY a game- It just goes to prove that their best weren’t as good as everybody elses best…
Two to the torso, one to the head.
BZ
This guy has inspired me right off the couch. I will be lobbying my reps to form a fact finding mission to determine why America doesn’t have any pyramids.
RT – Head? Heart??
Old NFO – Agreed, but some lunatics don’t see it that way.
BZ – Except they’ll use a scimitar.
Kaveman – Bawahahahahaha! Does Las Vegas count?
A dictator by any other name, Let the executions begin.
That’s just funny right there. Moslems crying cause they didn’t win anything. Cry me a river. Maybe they’ll now join the real world and start training…Nah, too simple by half.
Problem is they probably have been killing people for losing contest over there. At least I wouldn’t be surprised if they did. My guess is that a thousand years of such a policy would guarantee that all your athletic stock died out, as even the best athletes are going to lose now and then.
