I guess Hollywood wants their “creativity” to be left unchecked by the Nazis at the FCC.
EVA Mendes is so naked and so sexy in an ad for Secret Obsession, the new fragrance from Calvin Klein Inc., that TV networks rejected the spot until it was cleaned up, and still won’t air it until after 9 p.m. The commercial “taps into the secrecy of a private moment – where it’s clear that Eva is having illicit thoughts,” marketer Lori Singer told WWD.
This is an outrage! Who is to blame for this?
You’ll never guess who they blame . . .
The spot’s creative director, Fabien Baron, angrily blamed President Bush for the censorship: “This country really needs a new president. This country is so messed up . . . I really can’t believe this is happening.” (H/T – New York Post via Kitty)
Wow.
I haven’t seen the commercial yet (obviously) but from the description, it appears that Mendes is shown “taking care of herself.” This is the kind of commercial that Hollywood wants playing during all hours of the day? Apparently so.
Left to their own devices, celebrities and those in the entertainment business would probably run pr0n movies on basic cable in the name of “free speech,” then slam anyone who opposes their liberal view of morality.

Okay, where’s the joke, since this is one time that I have to agree with the FCC, as that dunderhead seems to forget that young kids will be seeing that kind of commercial if he has his way. Man, what an absolute tool. I can’t wait until the election is over and Bush finally leaves office for the far left morons to finally be shown for the fruit loops that they’re truly are.
