Why the South bashing? I’ve met as ignorant assholes up Nawth (thats southern for North) as I have in the back woods of Georgia–Those Sven jokes went right over my head until a stay at the Mayo Clinic taught me that blond headed, blue eyed Swedes could be dumber than any cracker. Good job on the weight loss; now keep it off. Had a patient the other day who said she had lost over 300# in a year–she had personally gone from 209 to 106# and had divorced a 210# asshole–which makes 313# in one year–not bad.

Being one from the South, I’m inclined to start adding wads of bubblegum to my Wyatt Earp voodoo doll- a wad on both hips, double wad at the belly…hmmm….

Good for you. The trick is to keep it off. I lost 40 pounds 18 years ago and have kept them off. I weigh every day. One pound is easy to lose, but 40 was hard work.
